DO YOU CHARGE FOR AN ESTIMATE?
There is no charge for an estimate and it is not necessary to
make an appointment.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We are open
Monday through Friday 8:00-6:00.
After hours and Saturday by appointment.
WILL MY VEHICLE BE THE SAME AS BEFORE THE ACCIDENT?
Yes. We will repair your vehicle to pre-loss condition using the
vehicles manufacturer’s specifications.
WILL THE NEW PAINT MATCH THE REST OF THE CAR?
Yes. We mix all
our paint in house to ensure a perfect color match.
We use a computerized paint matching system and the
finest materials available to help us make a perfect match.
WILL HAVING AN ACCIDENT AFFECT MY INSURANCE RATES?
Perhaps.
Your insurance agent can best advise you since all
companies have different company policies.
DO YOU WORK WITH ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES?
Yes.
We work well with all insurance companies to make sure
your vehicle is repaired according to manufacturer and industry
standards. In addition we make sure all damage is documented and
reported to the insurance company for approval.
Keep in mind you have the right to choose where you
want your vehicle repaired and we are working for you to make
sure your vehicle is put back to pre-loss condition.
HOW LONG WILL MY REPAIR TAKE?
The average
repair at Creative Body Works takes between 2 to 4 days
depending on the amount of damage and the availability of parts.
Small jobs like mirror or bumper replacements can take
as little as one day. Extensive repairs will take longer.
When we give you an estimate, we will tell you how
long the repair will take.
If we run into delays we will inform you promptly.
HOW LONG ARE MY REPAIRS GUARANTEED FOR?
Creative Body
Works offers a limited lifetime warranty on all body, paint and
uni-body/frame repairs.
WHAT IF I MOVE AND HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR?
Creative Body
Works will coordinate with your insurance company and find a
qualified repair facility in you new community.
We offer a nationwide guarantee that is backed up by
the national paint manufacturer.
CAN I GET A RIDE HOME WHEN I DROP OFF MY CAR?
Yes, Creative
Body Works offers our customers pick up and drop off service
within the Tampa
Bay area.
IF MY VEHICLE’S FRAME IS DAMAGED IS IT A TOTAL LOSS?
No.
A car is a total loss when the cost of repairs exceeds
the current market value.
Our professional auto body repair technicians can
return your vehicle’s frame or uni-body to original factory
specifications utilizing our computer laser measuring system and
drive on frame machines.
HOW CAN I GET A RENTAL CAR?
We can make all
the arrangements for you.
If you have rental coverage on your policy or you are
not at fault we usually can have the rental agency set up a
direct billing.
Keep in mind you may have some out of pocket expense
depending on your policy.
If you do not have coverage or simply do not want to
put the claim through your insurance company we can arrange for
a rental at a special discounted rate.
CAN I GET OTHER SERVICE WORK ON MY VEHICLE WHILE IT IS IN THE
SHOP?
Yes.
In fact we may be able to save you some expense, just
let us know and we will be happy to go over any additional
repairs and give you an estimate.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY CAR AFTER IT HAS BEEN REPAIRED?
Wash your
vehicle regularly with a mild car wash in a shaded area and dry
off completely.
After 30 days you may apply wax.
Bird droppings, tree sap and bug damage can severely
affect a newly painted finish so by all means wash your vehicle
as soon as possible if you are unable to avoid this situation.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash,
checks, VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER.
If you have an insurance check simply endorse it when
you pick up your vehicle.
WILL THE PARTS BE ORDERED BEFORE I DROP OFF MY VEHICLE FOR
REPAIRS?
Absolutely.
We generally order all parts at the same time we
schedule your repair appointment.
